Hello fellow Wikiquotians, I'd like to nominate SwirlBoy39 (talk • changes) for the sysop flag. I love to see Simple English Wikiquote growing and I like seeing him edit here. He has been a very excellent user and I have grown to trust him. He has created many new pages and been a overall help to Wikiquote.

A few weeks back, I was unsure weather or not he was really ready or should be trusted with the tools. So I decided to give coaching and I loved his answer. They were very good and inline with our policies. If he is entrusted with the tools, I will be watching his changes and making sure that he does well, personally. Well, I think that view is fine. In principle, it can be used. But I think that a user's changes are also very important to take into account on that project.
