Please read the Criteria for Administratorship before nominating another user or yourself for Adminship, to make sure the nominated user meets the criteria for becoming an Administrator. Administrator tools are there to better help the community. They are not a power. They also do not make certain users better than others. Jimbo Wales, the founder of the Wikimedia Foundation, said that adminship "should be no big deal".
To nominate the candidate you want to for adminship, please follow the following instructions:
- In the input box below, add the following and replace USERNAME with the username of the person you are nominating for adminship:
- Wikiquote:Requests for adminship/USERNAME
- Complete the fields given to you.
- Add {{/<insert name of person nominated>}} underneath the Current requests heading below, at the very top of the list.
- Optional: Add {{rfa-notice}} to the candidate's userpage.
Note: This is not the place to get "constructive feedback from others", if you want feedback from others in a less serious environment, please see Editor Review.

Current requests for adminship
A note here asking for adminship until the project is finally locked, it has become a playground for vandalism and I'd like to be able to block/delete the most obscene/stupid parts of that. Jamesofur (talk) 00:57, 22 February 2010 (UTC)
- Note: given the lack of activity here etc I'm probably not going to leave this for a full week before asking on Meta. Jamesofur (talk) 00:59, 22 February 2010 (UTC)
- Support a temporary access based on his activities on other projects and need. Ottava Rima (talk) 01:02, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

- Support, why not? Griffinofwales (talk) 01:05, 22 February 2010 (UTC)
- Comment Project has been closed, only admins can edit it now. I can make you a sysop, but there would be no vandalism to revert. :-) So, closing as not done. Cheers, Tempodivalse [talk] 03:39, 22 February 2010 (UTC)
